Room 1 - Antique Cottage Victorian furniture enhances the cozy feeling of this guestroom. It features a Full size bed with a dedicated private bath with shower down a short hall.

Room 2 - This romantic corner room is decorated in regal hues of red, ivory and gold. It features an antique four-poster bed, Victorian fainting couch and private bath with shower.

Room 3 -This spacious room includes two extra-long Twin size antique mahogany beds, which can be easily converted to a stately King size bed. Other features include an original transom window, period furniture and private bath with shower. Room 3 can also accommodate a third twin bed, if needed.

Room 4
Room 4 - Bright and sunny, Room 4 opens onto a private, spacious "sleeping porch" - the perfect spot to enjoy conversation, a good book or just take in the view. A romantic canopied bed and private bath with shower and tub complete the picture.

Room 5 - One of the largest rooms at Mountain View, Room 5 is tucked away in the back of the Inn overlooking the Victorian Courtyard. The room features a stately Four Poster King size bed, English armoire, Victorian loveseat and a private bath with shower and tub.

Room 6 - This large corner room decorated in soft tones of blue and ivory features a Queen size antique four-poster bed and the home's vintage (private) bathroom. An oversized Victorian sink, original tiles, fixtures and authentic claw-footed tub await the period enthusiast.

Rates are per night, based upon double occupancy and include breakfast. Add $35 for each extra person or child over 12 sharing room. Rates are subject to a 12% CT state occupancy tax. Seasonal surcharges may apply. Two night minimum stay required during holiday weekends, fall foliage and on group bookings. |

To confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is required. We prefer credit cards, but you may also mail us a check which must be received within 5 days of making the reservation. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you with the details of your deposit and your balance due at check-in.
If you cancel 10 days or more prior to your confirmed stay, you will receive a refund of your deposit less 10%, which is our processing fee. If you cancel in less than 10 days prior to your confirmed stay, you will be responsible to pay for the entire period for which you have reserved. We will make every effort to rebook your room for all or part of the nights you have reserved. If we are able to do so, you will then receive a gift certificate for 80% of the nights that were rebooked.
Regarding "No Shows"; If guests do not show up on the expected date of arrival, the FULL stay will be charged to their credit card and NO refunds or Gift Certificates will be issued. |
